ARATEC & POSITIONING MODULES
The ARATEC Positioning Solution System is an advanced system for automated positioning of industrial vehicles and conveyor systems in warehouse logistic, such as stacker cranes, bridge cranes / overhead cranes, hoists, shuttle cars, material lifts, freight elevators or tranfer vehicles. The first of these key features is ideal machine modeling. This means that the positioning system ARATEC completely adjusts not only to the motor drive, but to the machine itself. Where traditional systems solely adapt to the motor drive, ARATEC models and attunes to all mechanical components. The positioning system analyzes machine behavior to such an extent that it can perform a characterization for virtually any type of machine. ARATEC simulates the machine profile during the entire characterization process, and componsates for machine oscillations.
