We help the designers bring in the design according to the established budge making design changes as needed and value engineering where possible to minimize cost and risk.

We undertake all quality control responsibilities including monitoring, testing and commissioning as well as HSE inspections and close-out/handover reporting.

After the design phase, we manage the construction of the project, handling all contracting and subcontracting responsibilities as well as site supervision and design management.
